CONFERENCE CENTER

The Big Barn Conference Center at Lakin Farm will provide the corporate community a state of the art center for meetings, training and entertaining in a unique setting. Located in the West Valley easily accessible from the I-10, the Center will fill a need in the West Valley for a venue that will seat 500 in lecture seating and 400 - 500 at tables for ten. The main room will have the option to be configured into thirds and smaller to facilitate smaller groups of 50 to 125 in each section. Each of these rooms will have Internet and flat screen audio-video capabilities. The Catering Kitchen will provide full service meal preparation for all guests. Each building at Lakin Farm will wired for WiFi to provide internet accessibility along the Agua Fria.

The Conference Center staff will work with the corporate clients to develop seasonal team building experiences to enhance workshops and meetings. Blacksmith basics, organic gardening, harvest fruit in the orchard, a nature hike around the farm, or nature hikes along the Agua Fria are only a few of the opportunities that will be offered the corporate community.

Located in the center of Lakin Farm adjacent to the Ranch House Museum, surrounded by Rose Gardens, Flower Gardens and the Fruit Orchards the Center will provide that perfect ambience for wedding memories and receptions. Dinner in the Pavilion or in the conference center provides the wedding party a stress free occasion. The staff wedding coordinator will assist wedding parties with selecting centerpieces, table gifts and other essential items to make wedding memories.
